Ebenezer Tiffany and Elizabeth (unknown surname)

It is a terrible truth that this family owned slaves.  Here are the names of the slaves that were listed in the book about the history of Barrington who took on the surname Tiffany: Jack, Duchess, Scipio, Daniel, Jemima, Prince, Lucy, Dinah.

On a lighter note, in 1783, the Quakers petitioned for the abolition of slavery in Rhode Island.  In 1784, the act was passed which forever abolished human slavery in their state.

I'm having issues with this line.  If the birth dates are true with the parents, Edward was more than forty years her junior and Elizabeth was in her mid-40's (supposedly  born in 1680)before she even began having children and wouldn't finish until she was in her 90's.
